We are currently hiring for both full and part time evening and morning baristas.
We are looking for baristas who are friendly, kind, patient, and who can work well with a team. Experience is valued but not required. We are willing to train new baristas, but you must be open minded, ready to learn, and be able to work in a fast paced environment. We build relationships with our customers and employees and want to provide an experience to each customer who walks in.
Alaska Coffee Roasting Co. sees hundreds of different people everyday and gives employees an opportunity to be involved in the community and meet locals, make friends, and connect with travelers from all over the world.
